Refund And Cancellation Policy

Please review the following cancellation and refund policy before making payments for any services provided by Healio Counseling Center / HCC:

 Cancellation Policy

There is no cancellation of the plans once you opt for the services. We will try to change your present counselor to give you a better counseling experience after the proper and genuine investigation into the matter.

Situations in which FULL REFUND may be considered :

1. If HCC / healiocenter.com is not able to assign you the counselor within 4 Working days of Payment Confirmation and Client form Submission.
We will transfer the money into the same account. You need to email us your account no. and other bank details to healiocenter@gmail.com.

2. If you won’t be able to take a session on the assigned slot, You must tell the counselor at least 12 hours before the booked slot, failing to do so will cancel your session.

3. Request for refund can be done by mailing us at healiocenter@gmail.com with your Details and grievance. In case your grievance is arising out of any quality issues – we will try our best to give you a corrective solution. Once the process is completed, we will communicate to You the extent of refund and a tentative date by which you can claim it. We try to respond to any request for refund within fifteen days (15 days) working days of receipt of request.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Generally It takes about 15 working days to process a refund; from the date a refund request is “approved”. Sometimes there can be some delay due to banking errors due to which the amount may not reflect in your account. In case you have any queries or need any information, please write us at healiocenter@gmail.com.

 

  • For all services and courses, no refunds are possible under any circumstances.
  • For online counseling, ensure a stable internet connection. No refund will be provided for client-side internet issues. If there is a counselor-side internet problem, a rescheduled session will be offered. Payments are for one counseling session, and no refund is available for unused minutes. Be punctual, and sessions cannot be rescheduled.
  • For online live courses/workshops via Google Meet, ensure a stable internet connection. No refund will be provided for participant-side issues. Check eligibility and seat availability before enrollment, as no refund is possible for ineligible participants or if seats are full.
  • For Certification/Diploma/PG Diploma courses, no refund is possible if you enroll in an ineligible course, seats are unavailable, or classes have commenced. Missed sessions/classes cannot be compensated, and no refund is available for missed sessions.
  • Viva (if applicable) and reports (if applicable) for all courses should be completed within 30 days from the last class. Failure to attend/submit results in no certificate and no refund.
  • In Diploma/PG Diploma Courses, if a participant misses more than 70% of sessions (excluding the exam date) or fails to appear for evaluation, the certificate will not be provided, and no refund will be considered.
  • Batch changes are not allowed, but seat transfers to eligible individuals are permitted. Refunds will only be issued if the organizer cancels the entire event.
  • Only the registered candidate is allowed to attend online courses/workshops. Unauthorized attendees result in cancellation without a refund.
  • Video must be switched on at all times during online courses. Failure to comply leads to cancellation without a refund.
  • In case of hybrid/offline courses affected by government lockdowns/restrictions, only online classes will be conducted. No refund or batch change is possible.
  • Facilitators reserve the right to cancel a candidate’s registration if uncomfortable, with a full refund.
  • We provide full flexibility for timely rescheduling 24 hours prior to the appointment. Users have the option to reschedule booked appointments once beyond which they will have to take the session or cancel it with a deduction.
